开关柜母排多点面阵测温与温升异常辨识方法

摘要 针对单点传感测温难以全面准确识别高压开关柜过热故障的问题,提出一种以低分辨率多点面阵测温取代传统点测温的新方法及其技术实现.首先,提出低分辨率红外阵列传感器的开关柜温度状态多点传感检测技术,获取开关柜电缆室母排与电缆连接处的多视场温度分布数据.其次,在实现过热区域定位的基础上,建立k最近邻(KNN)算法温度故障辨识模型,识别开关柜母排故障状态.最后,搭建开关柜温度状态监测平台,采集数据并分析.实验结果表明,多点面阵测温不仅适用于开关柜状态监测要求,且其温升异常检测方法可有效实现过热故障的区域定位与识别分类. Single⁃point sensing temperature measurement is difficult to identify the overheating fault of high⁃voltage switchgear fully and accurately,a new temperature measurement method with low⁃resolution multi⁃point area array instead of traditional point is proposed and implemented.Firstly,a multi⁃point sensing and detection technology of switchgear temperature state with low⁃resolution infrared array sensors is proposed to obtain multi⁃view field temperature distribution data of the connection between the busbar and the cable in the switchgear cable room.Secondly,the temperature fault identification model of the k nearest neighbor(KNN)algorithm is established to identify the fault state of the switch⁃gear busbar on the basis of realizing the location of the overheating area.Finally,the switchgear temperature state monitoring platform is built to collect and analyze the experimental data.The experi⁃mental results show that multi⁃point array temperature measurement meets the requirements of condi⁃tion monitoring of switchgear,and overheating faults can be effectively located,identified and classi⁃fied by the method of detecting abnormal temperature rise.
