重整C_(9)芳烃综合利用策略

摘要 重整C_(9)芳烃因其加工特性,芳烃含量极高,非常利于进一步加工利用。虽然用重整C_(9)芳烃生产苯、甲苯、二甲苯(BTX)等轻质芳烃能够比传统燃料型炼油厂将其作为调和汽油组分带来更高的收益,但随着原油加工能力的提高及汽油用量的缩减,其价格将会进一步下跌。C_(9)芳烃中诸如连三甲苯、甲乙苯等单一组分的分离及加工利用尚处于起步阶段,产品链并未完全打通,因而无疑是石油化工领域发展的方向。文中对某炼油厂重整芳烃组分进行了梳理,结合当前行业发展,对提取其中含量较高的C_(9)芳烃组分的过程加以总结,并对提取单一的三甲苯组分的产值做了初步估算,以期助力企业实现跨越式发展。 Due to its processing characteristics,reformed C_(9)aromatics with high content of aromatics is very conducive to further processing and utilization.The production of light aromatics such as benzene,toluene,and xylene(BTX)produced by reformed C_(9)aromatics is more profitable than that as a blend of gasoline components in conventional fuel refineries,however,the price will further depreciate as crude oil processing capacity increases and gasoline consumption decreases.The separation,processing and utilization of single components such as trimethylbenzene and methylethylbenzene in C_(9)aromatics are still in their infancy,and the product chain has not been completely opened up,so it is undoubtedly the direction of development in the field of petrochemical industry.This paperreviewed the aromatics components in a refinery,summarized the extraction process of C_(9)aromatic components with higher content in combination with the current development of the industry,and made the preliminary estimation of the output value of the extraction of a single tritylene component,in order to help enterprises achieve leap forward development.
