乘用车电子冷却风扇参数化模型设计

摘要 针对乘用车电子冷却风扇结构特征,提出了冷却风扇简化结构模型。并根据此简化模型设计了参数化方案,构建了风扇参数化模型,通过编程实现了从输入参数自动生成实体风扇的过程。然后采用流体动力学分析方法,将原型风扇与其简化的模型风扇在同样的条件下进行仿真分析,比较其四极子噪声、偶极子噪声、流量、功率、静压效率5个指标的误差,均在4%以内,从而证明了所构建的参数化模型的适用性,为进一步的设计优化提供了自动迭代生成仿真模型的基础。 According to the structure characteristics of the electronic cooling fan for passenger cars,a simplified structure model of the electronic cooling fan was proposed.Based on the simplified model,a parametric model was built,and the process of automatically generating physical fans from input parameters was realized through programming.Furthermore,the original fan and its simplified model fan were simulated and analyzed under the same operation conditions with the fluid dynamic analysis method,and the five index errors of the quadrupole noise,dipole noise,flow rate,power,and static pressure efficiency were all within 4%,thus proving the usability of the constructed parametric model.It provides a basis for further design optimization with iterative simulation model generation automatically.
