摘要
氧化铝陶瓷研磨体在干法制粉行业得到广泛应用,但由于缺乏系统的检测方法和评价验收依据,其质量参差不齐。本文采用外观质量、尺寸偏差、化学成分、晶粒尺寸、体积密度、吸水率、抗压强度、维氏硬度、断裂韧性、磨耗、抗冲击疲劳寿命、破碎率、堆积密度等技术指标,分析评价适用于干法制粉用的耐磨氧化铝陶瓷研磨体的产品质量,为干法制粉行业验收和使用氧化铝陶瓷研磨体提供依据。
Alumina ceramic grinding bodies are widely used in the dry-milling powder industry.However,due to the lack of systematic testing methods,evaluation and acceptance criteria,the quality of alumina ceramic grinding bodies is uneven.This paper uses indicators,such as appearance quality,dimensional deviation,chemical composition,crystallite size,bulk density,water absorption,compressive strength,Vickers hardness,fracture toughness,wear resistance,impact fatigue life,crushing rate,and bulk density,to analyze and evaluate the product quality of alumina ceramic grinding for the dry-milling industry,providing a basis for the acceptance and use of alumina ceramic grinding materials.
