摘要
原材料是影响涂料性能的主要因素。本文研究了成膜树脂、重钙粉、石英砂、PE蜡、玻璃珠、增粘剂等原材料对涂料性能的影响,确定了各原材料的类型、掺量及比例。在所研究标线涂料中,选用C5加氢树脂作为成膜材料,掺量在13%~15%;玻璃珠掺量在22%;石英砂与重钙粉的掺量比为7:5,且石英砂掺量不宜大于33.3%;PE蜡掺量在1%~1.5%。选择白油作为添加剂,掺量在1%左右。增粘剂对涂料粘结性影响较大,ZN2型增粘剂最优。添加0.05%的光稳定剂可减少老化后涂料表面的裂纹。添加0.1%的抗氧化剂可改善老化后涂料色度差,且随着抗氧化剂的增加,涂料的粘结强度加大,老化前后的粘结强度差距减小。
Raw materials are the main factor affecting the performance of coatings.This paper studies the influence of raw materials such as film-forming resin,heavy calcium powder,quartz sand,PE wax,glass bead,and tackifier on the performance of coatings,and determines the type,dosage,and proportion of raw materials.For the studied marking coatings,C5 hydrogenation resin is selected as the film-forming material,with a content of 13%~15%.The content of glass bead is 22%.The ratio of quartz sand to heavy calcium powder is 7:5,and the content of quartz sand should not exceed 33.3%.The content of PE wax is between 1%~1.5%.White oil is selected as an additive,with a content of about 1%.Tackifier has a significant impact on the adhesive performance of coatings,and ZN2 tackifier is the best.Adding 0.05%light stabilizer can reduce surface cracks of coatings after aging.Adding 0.1%antioxidant can reduce the color difference of the aged coatings,and with the increase of antioxidant content,the bonding strength of coatings increases and the difference in bonding strength before and after aging decreases.
