碎砖瓦再生细骨料对再生普通砂浆性能试验分析

Experimental analysis on influence of fine aggregate recycled from bricks&tiles on recycled ordinary mortar performance

摘要 建立试验模型,在保持砂浆流动性基本一致条件下,通过掺加不同比例碎砖瓦再生细骨料配制再生普通砂浆,对砂浆强度、收缩率、保水性、用水量等进行分析。结果发现,再生细骨料掺量60%时再生砂浆抗压强度最高,掺量超过60%后再生砂浆收缩率明显增加,随着再生细骨料掺量比例增加,再生砂浆保水性能明显提升,用水量呈线性增长。建议再生普通砂浆生产和应用时考虑再生细骨料掺量、砂浆保水率、拌和用水量等因素。 This paper establishes an experimental model to prepare recycled ordinary mortar by adding different proportions of fine aggregate recycled from bricks and tiles while keeping the mortar fluidity basically consistent,and analyzes the mortar’s properties concerning the strength,shrinkage rate,water retention,and water consumption.The results show that the compressive strength of the recycled ordinary mortar is highest when the proportion of recycled fine aggregate reaches 60%.The shrinkage rate of the mortar increases significantly when the proportion of recycled fine aggregate exceeds 60%.The increase in the proportion of recycled fine aggregate significantly improves the water retention performance of the recycled ordinary mortar.The water consumption of the recycled ordinary mortar goes up linearly with the increase in the proportion of recycled fine aggregate.It is proposed that such factors as the amount of fine recycled aggregate,water retention rate and water consumption of mortar should be taken into consideration in the production and application of recycled ordinary mortar.
