摘要
以4-乙烯基苯甲酸与聚乙二醇进行酯化反应,制得一种抗泥功能单体,再以其与异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯基醚、丙烯酸及丙烯酸羟乙酯为主要原料,在45℃温度条件下合成一种抗泥型聚羧酸保坍剂。经试验发现,该保坍剂具有良好的保坍性能及抗泥效果。
In this paper,4-vinylbenzoic acid is esterified with polyethylene glycol to prepare a mud-resistant functional monomer.It is then used as the main raw material to prepare a mud-resistant polycarboxylic acid slump-retaining agent at temperature of 45℃with isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether,acrylic acid and hydroxyethyl acrylate.Through experiments,it is found that the slump-retaining agent has good slump-retaining performance and mud-resistant effect.
