直读光谱与电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定不锈钢中硅、锰、磷、铬、镍的方法比较

摘要 本文从样品前处理、谱线选择、样品制备、测定结果等方面对直读光谱法(OES)与电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定不锈钢试样中的化学成分进行了比较分析。结果表明,对于大部分不锈钢样品,两种检测方法无显著差异,Si、Mn、P、Cr、Ni相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.31%-1.89%。但对于直径过小的钢铁样品,直读光谱的测量误差较大,相对标准偏差(RSD)在10.57%-12.31%。故对于直径过小的钢铁样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)更符合钢铁检测精度的需求。 In this paper,the direct reading spectrometry(OES)and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)were compared and analyzed the chemical composition of stainless steel samples from the aspects of sample pretreatment,spectrum line selection,sample preparation and measurement results.For most stainless steel samples,the two kinds of methods have no significant difference and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of Si,Mn,P,Cr and Ni was all in range of 0.31%-1.89%.Nevertheless,the method measurement error of OES for steel samples with small diameter is large,which the RSD was in the region of 10.57%-12.31%.Hence,ICP-OES is suitable to satisfy accuracy requirements of steel detection for steel samples with small diameter.
