研究生创新创业育人模式的探索与实践——以成都理工大学为例

Exploration and Practice of Graduate Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Models:A Case Study of Chengdu University of Technology

培养研究生创新创业能力是建设新时代创新型国家的必然要求,但当前研究生创新创业育人存在研究生培养重创新轻创业、跨学科“双创”团队组建困难、科研与“双创”冲突等亟待解决的问题。成都理工大学提出了加强构建创新创业课程群落与竞赛育人协同培养模式、建设优秀“双创”导师队伍、搭建“双创”赛事与实体平台基地、营造“双创”文化环境和探索长效机制等研究生创新创业育人“三三三一”模式,有效地提升了研究生就业创业质量。

Cultivating graduate students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability is an inevitable requirement for building an innovative country in the new era.However,there are urgent problems to be addressed in graduate innovation and entrepreneurship education,such as the emphasis on innovation over entrepreneurship,the difficulty of establishing interdisciplinary“double innovation”teams,and the conflict between scientific research and“double innovation”.Chengdu University of Technology has proposed the“three three three one”model for graduate innovation and entrepreneurship education,which includes strengthening the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship course communities and collaborative training models for competition and education,building an excellent“double innovation”mentor teams,establishing“double innovation”competition and physical platform bases,creating a“double innovation”cultural environment,and exploring long-term mechanisms.This has effectively improved the quality of employment and entrepreneurship of graduate students.
