方法论是关于方法的根本观点。方法问题在马克思主义的思想理论体系中占有极其重要的地位。推进文化自信自强,建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态,必须坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,运用好新时代意识形态建设的科学方法论。新时代意识形态建设的科学方法论,概括起来,主要包括:必须坚持人民至上,深刻把握意识形态建设的本质;必须坚持自信自立,确立意识形态建设的科学目标定位;必须坚持守正创新,做到意识形态建设“内容为王”;必须坚持问题导向,科学研判意识形态斗争形势;必须坚持系统观念,创新意识形态建设的科学方法;必须坚持党的领导,意识形态建设最根本的是坚持和维护“两个确立”。这些重要方面相辅相成,相得益彰,构成一个系统的意识形态建设的方法论体系,从根本上体现了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的世界观和方法论。
