“一带一路”十年建设成效的经济学分析与新发展路径选择

Economic Analysis of the Ten-Year Achievements of“the Belt and Road Initiative”and New Paths for Future Development

共建“一带一路”十年建设成效丰富,其背后的经济机制包括两点:首先,中国与“一带一路”共建国家客观存在经济结构互补性和供需匹配,是共建“一带一路”取得成效的必要条件;其次,中国探索和实践合作共赢的国际合作新模式,是共建“一带一路”取得成效的充分条件。共建“一带一路”不仅是对传统经济学理论精华的继承,也是在实践中对经济学经典理论的发扬与创新,是对中国特色社会主义政治经济学的实践发展与重大创新。未来推动共建“一带一路”再创辉煌,将共建“一带一路”的愿景变成现实,需要从与构建双循环新发展格局紧密结合、进一步突出高质量发展、积极拓展新的合作领域、遵循经济规律和国际惯例、积极推进人文交流等五个方面重点发力。

Over the past decade,the construction achievements o“f the Belt and Road Initiative”(BRI)have been substantial.The economic mechanisms behind these achievements are based on two points:Firstly,China and the countries along the BRI route have complementary economic structures and matching supply and demand,which are essential conditions for the success of the BRI.Secondly,China's exploration and practice of win-win international cooperation represent a sufficient condition for the success of the BRI.The BRI not only embodies the essence of traditional economic theories but also showcases the expansion and innovation of classical economic theories in practice,reflecting significant developments in the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To further promote the BRI and realize its vision in the future,efforts need to be made in three areas:integrating closely with the new dual circulation development strategy,emphasizing high-quality development,and actively expanding new areas of cooperation.Furthermore,five primary tasks,including development strategies,infrastructure,trade and investment,financial integration,and cultural exchanges,need to be accomplished.
