党的政治领导力与中国式现代化的内在统一性

The Internal Unity of the Party’s Political Leadership and Chinese Path to Modernization

新时代以来,中国共产党相继提出两大命题:一是十九大提出的“增强党的政治领导力”的命题;二是二十大提出的“中国式现代化”的命题;这两大命题并非孤立存在,而是有其内在统一性。中国共产党政治领导力的生成、确立、发展、壮大始终贯穿于中国现代化进程。中国式现代化的内在规定性为党的政治领导力发挥作用提供了场景。作为引领中国式现代化道路发展的核心力量,党的政治领导力通过思想引领推动中国式现代化走和平发展之路、共同富裕之路;通过政策供给推动中国式现代化走协调发展道路;通过社会动员为中国式现代化凝心聚力、汇聚力量,保障中国式现代化道路稳固发展。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC has put forward two propositions:one is the proposition of“strengthening the political leadership of the party”put forward by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China;Second,the proposition of“Chinese path to modernization”put forward by the 20th National Congress;These two propositions do not exist in isolation,but have their inherent unity.The generation,establishment,development and expansion of the political leadership of the CPC have always run through the historical process of China’s modernization.The inherent prescriptiveness of Chinese path to modernization provides a scenario for the Party’s political leadership to play its role.As the core force leading the development of Chinese path to modernization,the political leadership of the Party promotes Chinese path to modernization to follow the path of peaceful development and common prosperity through ideological guidance;Promote the coordinated development of Chinese path to modernization through policy supply;Through social mobilization,we will gather cohesive force and strength for Chinese path to modernization and ensure the steady development of Chinese path to modernization road construction.
