摘要
随着移动通信的飞速发展,站点规模的不断增加,能源消耗也水涨船高,为实现节能减排目标,引入小区关断迁移UE策略,降低能源消耗。通过部署小区关断迁移UE策略,即在小区关断之前先将UE迁移到其他小区,减少小区关断对用户的影响。本论文通过小区关断迁移UE开关和UE迁出方式配置、迁出UE的测量索引配置和迁出UE测量门限配置等关键技术手段实现小区关断迁移UE策略。结果表明该策略有效支撑地市网络优化生产,减少因小区关断故障导致的用户投诉,提升网络质量和用户感知。
With the rapid development of mobile communication,not only has the scale of base stations increased,but also energy consumption has skyrocketed.In order to achieve energy-saving and emission reduction goals,the strategy of Cell Outage Offload User Equipment(UE)migration has been introduced to reduce energy consumption.By deploying the"Cell Outage Offload UE"strategy,UE can be migrated to other cells before the cell outage,reducing the impact on users.The overall process is divided into three steps:con⁃figuration of the Cell Outage Offload UE switch and UE offload method,configuration of the offloaded UE measurement index,and con⁃figuration of the offloaded UE measurement threshold.This strategy effectively supports the optimization of city networks,reduces user complaints caused by cell outage failures,and improves network quality and user perception.
