滤棒特性对外周两段式加热型细支加热卷烟逐口理化指标的影响

摘要 为探究三元复合滤棒参数(通风率、材料、结构)对外周两段式加热型细支加热卷烟逐口理化指标(烟支温度分布、出口烟气温度,总粒相物及烟气关键组分水分、烟碱、1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇等的释放及截留情况)的影响规律,制备了不同滤棒特性的9种加热卷烟烟支样品并进行抽吸实验,采用卷烟温度检测装置和配有离子检测器的气相色谱仪(GC-TCD)对温度和烟气组分进行检测并分析。结果表明:(1)复合滤棒的第2段为中空可以同时实现较低的出口烟气温度和较少的关键组分截留,释放出更多的总粒相物、水分、烟碱、1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇等关键物质,而滤棒材料醋酸纤维(以下简称醋纤)和聚乳酸膜的组合顺序对出口烟气温度以及关键组分的释放和截留几乎无影响。(2)醋纤和聚乳酸膜对水分的截留无显著性差异,但对于1,2-丙二醇、烟碱和丙三醇而言,醋纤比聚乳酸膜的截留率均高10%左右,而聚乳酸膜比醋纤的降温效果略好。(3)滤棒通风率越小,出口烟气温度越高,水分、烟碱、1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇的截留越少,关键组分的释放量越多。(4)外周两段式加热型细支加热卷烟烟气总粒相物、烟碱和1,2-丙二醇的逐口释放呈现出“M”形释放规律,丙三醇呈现“n”形释放规律。该研究结果可为加热卷烟烟支的设计提供技术支撑。 To investigate the influences of ternary composite filter rod parameters including ventilation rate,material and structure on the physicochemical indexes including cigarette temperature distribution,outlet aerosol temperature,total particulate matter(TPM),and the release and retention of key components(such as moisture,nicotine,1,2-propanediol,glycerol,etc.)of puff-by-puff aerosol from two-stage slim peripherally heated tobacco products(HTPs),nine HTP stick samples with different filter rod characteristics were prepared and smoked.The temperature and aerosol components were measured and analyzed using a cigarette temperature detection device and a gas chromatograph with an ion detector(GC-TCD).The results showed that:1)When the second section of the composite filter rod was hollow,lower outlet aerosol temperature and lower retention of key components could be achieved simultaneously,and more key substances such as TPM,moisture,nicotine,1,2-propanediol and glycerol could be released.However,the combination order of the filter rod materials of cellulose acetate and polylactic acid film had little effect on the outlet aerosol temperature and the release and retention of key components.2)There was no significant difference in moisture retention between cellulose acetate and polylactic acid film.However,for 1,2-propanediol,nicotine and glycerol,the retention rates by cellulose acetate were about 10%higher than those of polylactic acid film,while the cooling effect of polylactic acid film was slightly better than that of cellulose acetate.3)The lower the ventilation rate of the filter rod,the higher the outlet aerosol temperature,the less moisture,nicotine,1,2-propanediol and glycerol were retained and the more key constituents were released.4)An“M”shaped release pattern was shown for the puff-by-puff release of TPM,nicotine and 1,2-propanediol in the aerosol from this two-stage slim peripherally HTP,and an“n”pattern release was found for glycerol.These results could provide technical support for the design of HTP sticks.
