在百年未有之大变局加速演进的背景下,中欧班列克服重重困难,取得积极成效,成为亚欧大陆主要的货物运输方式之一。目前,中欧班列发展面临诸多新挑战,比如新冠肺炎疫情大流行及乌克兰危机全面升级导致全球经济增速放缓、世界贸易发展低迷,重要过境国物流管理效率有待提升,导致中欧班列运行效率下降,世界贸易发展低迷导致班列货源不确定性增强等。立足于长远,为了推动中欧班列高质量发展,不仅需在中蒙俄、中俄及中国—中亚三个方向上加强国际协调提升中欧班列运行效率,还可开辟中欧班列跨里海交通运输走廊、中国—中亚新铁路通道、中国与俄罗斯跨境运输新通道、中俄陆路粮食走廊等新线路,同时打造“中外中”跨境铁海联运新方式,创新合作模式,稳步落实中国—中亚峰会达成的共识,拓展中俄交通运输通道,构建中欧班列运输通道多元化新格局。

Under the great changes unseen in a century,the China-Europe freight trains has overcome many difficulties and become one of the major modes of freight transportation on the Eurasian continent.The development of China-Europe freight trains faces new challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic,the escalation of Ukraine crisis,the slowing global economic growth,the sluggish development of world trade,inefficient logistics management in some important transit countries,and the increasing uncertainty of freight sources.In order to promote the high-quality development of China-Europe freight trains,it is not only necessary to strengthen international coordination in the three directions of China-Mongolia-Russia,China-Russia and China-Central Asia to improve the operation efficiency of China-Europe freight trains,but also to open up new routes such as the Trans-Caspian transport corridor,the new railway corridor between China and Central Asia,the new cross-border transport corridor between China and Russia,and the China-Russia land grain corridor.At the same time,we need to develop a new mode of cross-border rail and sea transport,implement the consensus reached at the China-Central Asia Summit,expand China-Russia transport channels,and build a new pattern of diversification of China-Europe freight trains transport channels.
