留萌数量对芳樟矮林生长和精油产量的影响

Effects of Reserved Sprout Number on Growth and Essential Oil Yield of Cinnamomum camphora ct.Linalool Dwarf Forest

摘要 为了揭示留萌数量对芳樟矮林的生长、生物量、精油产量的影响、以芳樟矮林为研究对象,设置不同留萌数量(1个/桩、2个/桩、3个/桩、4个/桩、5个/桩),以不除萌为对照组,采用SPSS 20.0对芳樟矮林萌条长度、粗度、生物量、精油产量等指标进行方差分析.结果表明:萌条长度随留萌数量的增加而增大,留萌5个/桩萌条长度最大,与对照组差异不显著,表明留萌5个/桩达到萌条株高生长最大值,留萌更多不利于萌条株高生长;萌条粗度随留萌数的增加而减小,与对照组相比较,留萌1个/桩和留萌2个/桩萌条粗度分别增大了31.37%和41.88%,而留萌3~5个/桩与对照组差异不显著,表明留萌超过5个/桩萌条粗度将被抑制.单桩鲜重、单桩叶鲜重、单桩小枝鲜重和单桩主枝鲜重随留萌数量的增加而先增大后减小.留萌5个/桩萌条生物量最大,显著高于其他处理;其次是留萌4个/桩,与对照组差异不显著;留萌1~3个/桩萌条生物量较少,显著低于对照组.因此,留萌4~5个/桩有利于萌条生物量的累积.留萌3个/桩叶干重出油率最高,为2.53%,其次是留萌5个/桩(2.45%),叶干重出油率最低的是对照组(1.96%),除萌能够促进叶片干重出油率;除萌对小枝和主枝干重出油率影响不显著.留萌数量对单桩精油产量有显著影响,各处理精油产量均高于对照组,其中留萌5个/桩单桩精油产量最高,显著高于其他处理.因此,适当的除萌对芳樟矮林生长、生物量和精油产量有促进作用,留萌5个/桩萌条生物量和精油产量最高. In order to reveal the effects of reserved sprout number on growth,biomass and essential oil yield of Cinnamomum camphora linalool type dwarf forest,dwarf forest of C.camphora ct.linalool was used as materials,different reserved sprout numbers(one sprout per stump,two sprout per stumps,three sprout per stumps,four sprout per stumps and five sprout per stumps)were set in this study,and not removal sprouts were used as the control.Variance analysis were done on the sprout length,sprout thick-ness,sprout biomass,and essential oil yield per stump by SPSS 20.0.The results show that the sprout length increases with the in-crease of the reserved sprout number,and the sprout length of reserved 5 sprouts per stump is the largest,which is not signifi-cantly different that of the control.The results show that the maximum growth of sprout plant height is reached by reserved 5 sprouts per stump,and reserved more sprouts are not beneficial to the growth of sprout plant height.The sprout thickness de-creases with the increase of the reserved sprout number.Compared with the control,the sprout thickness of reserved 1 and 2 sprouts per stump increases by 31.37%and 41.88%respectively,while the reserved 3~5 sprouts per stump have no significant dif-ference that of the control.The results show that the sprout thickness with reserved more than 5 sprout per stump would be in-hibited.The fresh weight of per stump,leaf per stump,branchlets per stump and main branches per stump increase first and then decrease with the increase of the reserved sprout number.The biomass of sprouts is the highest with reserved 5 sprouts per stump,and significantly higher than that of the other treatments,followed by reserved 4 sprouts per stump,which have no significant dif-ference with the control.The biomass with reserved 1~3 sprouts per stump is lower than that of the control.Therefore,reserved 4~5 sprouts per stump are beneficial to biomass accumulation of sprout.The dry weight oil yield of leaves is the highest with re-served 3 sprouts per stump(2.53%),followed by reserved 5 sprouts per stump(2.45%),and the lowest dry weight oil yield of leaves is the control(1.96%).The dry weight oil yield of leaves is promoted by proper removal sprouts,but there is no significant effect on the oil yield of branchlets and main branches.The reserved sprout number have significant effect on essential oil yield of C.camphora ct.linalool dwarf forest,and each treatment is higher than that of the control.Among them,the essential oil yield from reserved 5 sprout per stump is the highest,which is significantly higher than that of other treatments.The growth,biomass and essential oil yield of C.camphora ct.linalool dwarf forest is promoted by proper removal sprouts,and the biomass and essential oil yield per stump are the highest by reserved 5 sprout per stump.
