深度学习理论下高职劳动教育课堂教学探索

Exploration of Classroom Teaching of Vocational Labor Education under Deep Learning Theory

新技术、新工艺、劳动新形态的持续迭代,呼吁高职劳动教育课堂教学应指向深度学习,提高学生适应产业发展新业态和劳动新形态的能力。以深度学习理论为导向剖析高职劳动教育课堂教学的特征,审思当前高职劳动教育课堂教学的状况,发现存在重知识轻素养、重理论轻实践、重讲授轻体验、重结果轻过程的问题。基于此,提出了深度学习理论下高职劳动教育课堂教学的实施策略,即制定“双线并进”的教学目标,整合“理论+实践”劳动教育内容模块,指向“知行合一”的体验互动式劳动教学过程,实行全方位、动态化、持续性的劳动教育评价。

The continuous iteration of new technologies,new processes and new forms of labor calls for higher vocational labor education classroom teaching to point to deep learning and improve students'ability to adapt to new forms of industrial development and new forms of labor.Oriented by deep learning theory,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the classroom teaching of higher vocational labor education,considers the current situation of the classroom teaching of higher vocational labor education,and finds that there are some problems such as emphasizing knowledge over accomplishment,theory over practice,teaching over experience,and result over process.Based on this,the paper puts forward the implementation strategy of vocational labor education classroom teaching under the deep learning theory,that is,to formulate the teaching goal of"dual development",integrate the content module of"theory+practice"labor education,point to the experience interactive labor teaching process of"integration of knowledge and practice",and implement all-round,dynamic and continuous labor education evaluation.
