高职教育系统生态承载力的内涵及其圈层体系构建研究

摘要 高职教育系统生态承载力是衡量高职教育发展速度与规模效应的重要指标,高职教育高质量发展需要高职教育系统生态承载力的支撑。文章引入圈层结构理论的研究新视角,基于高职教育系统生态承载力的基本内涵,以职普融通生态体系构建机制理顺、产教融合发展动力机制激活、高职教育赋能经济社会发展和服务学生全面发展机制推进、科教融汇支撑机制优化为高职教育系统生态承载力内生基础保障,以深化高职教育资源整合、畅通高职教育界面传递、改善高职教育环境建设、提升高职教育单元协作为高职教育系统生态承载力运行调控条件,以高职教育经济环境承载力增强体系、文化环境承载力提升体系、科技环境承载力促发体系、政治环境承载力稳定体系为高职教育系统生态承载力外在约束系统,构建了高职教育系统生态承载力圈层体系理论框架,为我国高职教育系统生态承载力研究提供理论依据与方法体系。 Ecological carrying capacity of higher vocational education system is an important index for measuring development speed and scale effect,which is an important support for high-quality development of higher vocational education.Based on the basic connotation of the ecological carrying capacity of the higher vocational education system,this paper introduces a new research perspective of the circle structure theory to construct a theoretical framework of ecological carrying capacity circle system in higher vocational education system.The endogenous basic guarantee of the ecological carrying capacity of higher vocational education system includes strengthening mechanism for ecological system construction of accommodation of general education and vocational education,activating mechanism for development motivation of production-education integration,promoting mechanism for higher vocational education empowering economic and social development and serving all-round development of students,and optimizing mechanism for integration of science and education.The operation control conditions include resource combination,interfacial transport,environment construction,and unit collaboration of higher vocational education.The external constraint system includes strengthening system of economic environment carrying capacity,promoting system of cultural environment carrying capacity,activating system of science and technology environment carrying capacity,and stabilizing system of political environment carrying capacity of higher vocational education.The research results hope to provide theoretical basis and method system for research on ecological carrying capacity of higher vocational education system.
