“十四五”时期职业教育园区专业结构与区域产业结构适应性探究——以常州高等职业教育园区为例

Study on the Adaptability of Professional Structure and Regional Industrial Structure of Vocational Education Park during the"Fourteenth Five-year Plan"Period:Taking Changzhou Higher Vocational Eduation Park as an Example

破解高职教育办学和人才培养质量不匹配问题的关键点在于高职院校专业结构要与区域产业结构相适应。通过对常州高等职业教育园区专业结构与区域产业结构适应性剖析,发现其适应性有待提升,重复设置“过热”专业略显突出。对此,借鉴区域化发展理论,从制度创新、资源整合和实践拓展三个维度提出对策建议。

The key point to solve the problem of the mismatch between higher vocational education and talent training quality is that the professional structure of higher vocational colleges should adapt to the regional industrial structure.Through the analysis of the adaptability of professional structure and regional industrial structure in Changzhou higher vocational education park,it is found that its adaptability needs to be improved and the repeated setting of"overheating"majors is slightly prominent.In this regard,this paper draws lessons from the theory of regional development and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three dimensions:system innovation,resource integration and practice expansion.
