新时代职业技术师范院校课程思政建设情况探究

摘要 基于T市职业技术师范大学540份调查样本统计数据的分析发现,教师对课程思政意识、教学目标制定、教学内容优化、课程思政融入方式、教学效果评价等方面的认识较为清晰,但在开展课程思政教学实践的过程中仍有进步的空间。基于此,要进一步完善课程思政建设的顶层设计,提升教师队伍对课程思政的认识,立足专业背景重塑人才培养目标,发掘课程思政元素,建立课程思政案例库,选择恰当的课程思政融入方法,构建多元主体共同参与的综合性、分层级的课程思政教学评价体系,从而形成系统化、全过程的课程思政教育教学体系。 A study of 540 survey responses from the normal university of vocational technology in city reveals a more comprehensive understanding among vocational and technical educators,which includes the awareness of curriculum ideology and politics,the formulation of teaching objective,the optimization of teaching content,the integration method of curriculum ideology and politics,and the evaluation of teaching effect.However,the process of integrating curriculum ideology and politics into teaching practice shows potential for enhancement.Based on this,it is necessary to further improve the top-level design of curriculum ideology and politics,enhance teachers'understanding of curriculum ideology and politics,reshape talent training objectives based on professional background,explore ideological and political elements of curriculum,establish the case base of curriculum ideology and politics,select appropriate integration methods of curriculum ideology and politics,and build a comprehensive and hierarchical teaching evaluation system of curriculum ideology and politics with the participation of multiple subjects.These steps will help in forging systematic and whole-process education teaching system of curriculum ideology and politics.
