摘要
阳光体育倡导解放学生天性,鼓励学生走出教室,走向操场,在多样化的体育运动项目中提高体质健康水平,成为综合素质优秀的人才。文章通过分析职业院校群体活动的开展,探讨群体活动设计,以期为职业院校群体活动提供理论和实践参考。
Sunshine sports advocate liberating students'nature,encourage students to go out of the classroom to the playground,improve their physical health in diverse sports,and make them become talents with excellent comprehensive quality.The article analyzes the group activities carried out in vocational colleges and discusses the design of group activities,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for group activities in vocational colleges.
