大型气相裂解炉热场分布的优化解决措施

摘要 某石化公司乙烯装置新建气相乙丙烷裂解炉采用寰球大型气相裂解炉技术,双炉膛布置,全底烧设置。气相裂解炉建成投用后出现辐射段热场分布不均的异常情况,表现为火焰形状不稳定,COT偏差较大且容易波动,乙烯收率偏低。针对气相裂解炉热场分布进行观察和分析原因,2次对燃烧器进行改造,优化裂解炉热场分布,提高气相裂解炉的乙烯收率。 The new gas phase cracking furnace in the ethylene plant of a petrochemical company adopts HQC’s large-scale gas phase cracking furnace technology,double furnaces are designed,and all the heat is supplied by bottom burner.After the gas phase cracking furnace was completed and put into use,there was an abnormal situation of uneven thermal field distribution in the radiation section,which was manifested by unstable flame shape,large COT deviation and easy fluctuation,and low ethylene yield.The thermal field distribution of the gas phase cracking furnace was observed and the causes were analyzed,the burner was modified twice,the thermal field distribution of the cracking furnace was optimized,and the ethylene yield of the gas phase cracking furnace was improved.
