社区在家庭式托育中的角色定位

Role Positioning of Communities in Family Child Care

家庭式托育是一种重要且有效的托育方式,社区则是家庭式托育的重要依托。托育的不同主体对社区的角色期望是:丰富资源的提供者、托育氛围的营造者、监管责任的担当者和托育质量的评估者。但在实践中,社区存在角色模糊、角色冲突、角色超荷和角色距离等困境,造成了实然角色和应然角色的错位。为实现“幼有所育”的目标,社区应主动赋能自身角色,整合各类社区资源、营造融洽托育氛围、完善社区监管体系、发挥科学评估作用,推动家庭式托育持续发展,以构建与我国实际情况相匹配的家庭式托育服务体系。

Family child care is an important and effective form of child care,and the community is an important support for family child care.The roles expected of the community by different subjects of child care are:the provider of abundant resources,the creator of a child care atmosphere,the bearer of supervisory responsibility,and the evaluator of the quality of child care.However,in practice,there are dilemmas such as role ambiguity,role conflict,role overload and role distance in the community,resulting in a mismatch between actual and actual roles.In order to realise the goal of"childcare for all",communities should take the initiative to empower their own roles,integrate all kinds of community resources,create a harmonious childcare atmosphere,improve the community supervision system,and play the role of scientific evaluation,so as to promote the sustainable development of family childcare and build a family childcare service system that matches the actual situation in China.
