政协协商与政党协商二者之间既有共同性又有差异性。从优秀传统政治文化根基、马克思主义民主理论渊源、丰富多彩的协商实践、健全的制度体系四个维度看,二者均有融合发挥作用的可行性条件。做好两个协商渠道的有机融合,对于扩大政治参与,拓宽利益表达渠道,整合社会力量,加强民主监督等都具有现实意义。探索两个协商渠道融合发挥作用的可行路径包括强化二者融合的政治根基,丰富二者融合的议题内容,贯通二者融合的主体界别,拓展二者融合的平台载体,优化二者融合的联动机制等方面。

There are both similarities and differences between the consultation of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and the consultation of political parties.From the four dimensions of excellent traditional political and cultural foundation,Marxist democratic theory origin,rich and colorful negotiation practice,and sound institutional system,it can be seen that the two have feasible conditions for integration and play a role.The organic integration of the two negotiation channels is of practical significance for expanding political participation,expanding channels for expressing interests,integrating social forces,and strengthening democratic supervision.Exploring feasible paths for the integration of two negotiation channels to play a role includes strengthening the political foundation of their integration,enriching the topics of their integration,connecting the main boundaries of their integration,expanding the platform carriers of their integration,and optimizing the linkage mechanism of their integration.
