热固性碳纤维复合材料回收技术及再利用研究进展

摘要 碳纤维复合材料具有质量轻、比强度和比模量高、耐腐蚀、抗冲击等优点,市场规模近几年不断扩大,拥有良好的应用前景。目前国内市场以热塑性碳纤维复合材料为主,其回收再利用较为困难,碳纤维废弃物不但会造成资源浪费,同时也给生态环境带来巨大压力。文中介绍机械回收法、化学回收法、热解法3类热固性碳纤维复合材料回收工艺研究进展,同时也分别介绍所回收热固性复合材料在汽车、建筑、航天航空、增材制造领域的应用情况,并对碳纤维复合材料回收行业发展进行展望。 Carbon fiber composites have the advantages of light weight,high specific strength and specific modulus,corrosion resistance and impact resistance.The market scale has been expanding and has a good application prospect in recent years.At present,the domestic market is dominated by thermoplastic carbon fiber composites,which are difficult to recycle.Carbon fiber waste will cause a waste of resources and also cause great pressure on the environment.In this paper,the research progress of three kinds of thermosetting carbon fiber composite materials recycling process,such as mechanical recycling method,chemical recycling method and thermal cracking method,is introduced.At the same time,the application of recycling thermosetting composites in the fields of automobile,construction,aerospace and additive manufacturing is also introduced,and the development of carbon fiber composite recycling industry is prospected.
