摘要
由于传统稀土电解电源DC/DC变换器存在不易实现软开关、体积大、效率低等缺点,因此提出了一种原边全桥副边采用同步整流的LLC谐振变换器用于稀土电解电源,并详细分析了该变换器的工作原理和特性,同时在运用基波近似法(FHA)对变换器增益分析的基础上对谐振网络参数进行计算。仿真实验证明了该理论分析的正确性,该电路拓扑结构能在宽范围输入内实现软开关,有效提高了电源的效率。
In view of the disadvantages of traditional DC/DC converter of rare earth electrolysis power,such as inadequacy in realizing soft switching,large volume,and low efficiency,a LLC resonant converter with full bridge on primary side and synchronous rectification on secondary side is proposed.The working principle and characteristics of the converter are analyzed in detail.Moreover,resonant network parameters are calculated based on gain analysis of the converter by using fundamental wave approximation method(FHA).Simulation results show correctness of the theoretical analysis,and capability of the circuit topology in realizing soft switching within a wide input range,and improving efficiency of the power supply.
