核电站通风系统风管清理机器人功能设计要点分析研究

摘要 目前,电站电气厂房通风系统通风管道积灰严重,因此研发专用机器人以便对通风管道进行有效清理。该清理机器人要求小巧轻便,在受限空间和人不可达的位置可自由活动,且不对外围造成影响;不会造成风管变形、内部设备损伤;具备清扫和吸灰功能,多组件套装,可适应不同风管尺寸、造型和工况;具有高效的清理效果;免风管拆卸,免人工擦拭,从而降低人工成本。为使机器人可适应现场工况,对清理机器人进行功能设计分析。 At present,some pipes of ventilation air supply duct(hereinafter referred as"ventilation duct")of power stations′electrified buildings have serious dust accumulation.In order to effectively clean the ventilation duct,a special robot is pre-developed.The cleaning robot is small and lightweight,and can move freely in confined spaces and inaccessible positions without affecting the periphery.It will not cause deformation of the air duct or damage to internal equipment,is applicable to different air duct sizes,shapes and working conditions,and provides high cleaning efficiency with no need of air duct disassembly and manual wiping,thereby reducing manpower consumption and costs.Functional design analysis is conducted on the cleaning robot in order that the robot can adapt to practical working conditions.
