基于带电检测的110kV金属氧化物避雷器内部绝缘劣化缺陷分析

摘要 针对红外测温巡视过程中发现某110 kV氧化锌避雷器存在发热异常情况,根据红外精确测温和运行中持续电流检测分析初步判断其内部存在绝缘劣化缺陷。结合停电例行试验进行数据综合判断,确定了该避雷器存在的缺陷。验证了带电检测方法在判断避雷器运行状态的有效性和重要性,并提出相关建议。 This case report focuses on the abnormal heating of a 110 kV zinc oxide arrester found during infrared temperature inspection.According to precise infrared temperature measurement and continuous current detection,it was preliminarily judged that the arrester had internal insulation deterioration defect,which was further verified by routine test with power interruption.The analysis of this case shows the importance and effectiveness of live detection method for determining operating status of arresters,and helps in obtaining relevant suggestions.
