基于信息融合的电网运行风险态势感知技术应用研究

摘要 电网的安全运行对经济社会的发展稳定至关重要,为了提高电网运行的风险管控力度、提升故障预判水平、解决电网运行中存在的关联故障感知不足、降低电网数据在传输过程中存在延时等问题,切实保障电网的稳定安全运行,提出基于信息融合的电网运行风险态势感知技术。通过电网故障态势感知平台的故障感知预测、故障检索、故障处理及故障点排查等功能,基于电网运行安全态势的评估指标,分别引入专家系统、神经网络和模糊理论对电网运行风险态势进行预测和信息整合,实现了对电网运行中故障的预判及故障点的准确排查,消除了运行过程中的故障排查薄弱环节和潜在风险,切实提升了电网运行的稳定性。 The safe operation of the power grid is crucial for development and stability of economy and society.In order to improve risk management and control of power grid operation,improve fault prediction level,solve the problem of insufficient perception of related faults in power grid operation,reduce the delay of power grid data transmission,and effectively ensure stable and safe operation of power grid,this paper proposes the technology of situational awareness for power grid operation risks based on information fusion.By utilizing fault perception prediction,fault retrieval,fault handling,and fault point troubleshooting functions of the power grid fault situation awareness platform,and through the evaluation indicators of the power grid security situation,expert systems,neural networks,and fuzzy theory are introduced to predict and integrate the risk situation of power grid operation,achieving accurate fault prediction and fault point troubleshooting during power grid operation.Weak links and potential risks in troubleshooting during operation are eliminated,effectively improving the stability of power grid operation.
