在生态文明思想指引下,坚持“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念,持续做好我省历史遗留矿山生态修复治理工作意义重大。我省历史遗留矿山存量大、治理难度大、土地复垦率低、治理资金需求量大,为有效破解难题,本文阐述了我省历史遗留矿山现状,分析存在主要问题,提出历史遗留矿山生态修复的几种治理方式,因地制宜提出意见建议,为我省历史遗留矿山治理提供新思路,努力探索出一条生态优先、绿色发展的高质量生态修复发展之路。

Under the guidance of ecological civilization concept,it is of great significance to adhere to the concept of“Clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver”and continue to do a good job in ecological restoration and management of historical mines in our province.Our province has a large stock of historical heritage mines,which are difficult to manage,low land reclamation rate,and require a large amount of governance funds.To effectively solve these problems,in this article,the authors elaborate on the current situation of historical heritage mines in our province,analyzes the main problems,proposes several governance methods for ecological restoration of historical heritage mines,and proposes opinions and suggestions based on local conditions.It provides new ideas for the governance of historical heritage mines in our province,and strive to explore a high-quality ecological restoration and development path with ecological priority and green development.
