ICP-MS法测定硫酸锌中铅盐含量

摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定硫酸锌中铅盐含量。方法用微波消解对样品前处理,以铋作为内标,采用ICP-MS方法测定,并对所建立的方法进行方法学验证。结果铅元素在0~80 ppb范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9961),低、中、高三个浓度加样回收率范围为90.73%~99.97%,RSD为3.4%。结论证明该方法快速、稳定、可靠,避免《药典》方法中使用氰化钾试剂去检查铅盐含量,适用于硫酸锌中的铅盐的测定。 OBJECTIVE To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)for the determination of lead in zinc sulfate.METHODS The samples were pretreated by microwave digestion,and determined by ICP-MS with bismuth as internal standard.The established method is verified by methodology.RESULTS The linear relationship of lead was good in the range of 0-80 ppb(r=0.9961).The recoveries of low,medium and high concentrations were 90.73%-99.97%,and the RSD was 3.4%.CONCLUSION It is proved that this method is rapid,stable and reliable,which avoids using potassium cyanide reagent to check the content of lead salt in Pharmacopoeia,and is suitable for the determination of lead salt in zinc sulfate.
