基于用药咨询架构安全用药科普服务模式研究

Research on the Service Model of Safe Medication Science Popularization Based on Medication Consultation Framework

目的本文通过从门诊药房用药咨询问题出发,寻找共性咨询问题,架构安全用药科普教育服务模式,为构建用药科普教育服务模式提供经验和参考。方法收集我院门诊药房2012年~2021年门诊全部用药咨询记录,分别将咨询药物类别和内容类型通过帕累托图分析主要因素和次要因素,把帕累托图中主要影响因素与具体问题相结合,整理出共性问题作为科普切入点开展研究工作。结果2012年~2021年患者咨询共计1176例,通过整理分析后得出共性的用药咨询问题,开展科普工作并获得较为满意的效果。结论从用药咨询的共性问题出发,寻找切入点,与安全用药科普工作相结合,开展用药教育工作是切实可行,可解决平时科普实践服务选题盲目性和用药教育局限性问题,本方法值得借鉴和推广。

OBJECTIVE To construct a service model of safe drug science education by starting from the problem of outpatient pharmacy medication consultation,this paper constructs the service model of safe drug science education,and provides experience and reference for the construction of drug science education service model.METHODS The records of all outpatient medication consultation in the outpatient pharmacies of our hospital from 2012-2021 were collected,and the main factors and secondary factors were analyzed through the Pareto chart for the category and content type of the consultation drug,and the main influencing factors in the Pareto chart were combined with specific problems,and the common problems were sorted out as the starting point for popular science to carry out research work.RESULTS A total of 1176 patients were consulted in 2012-2021,and the common medication consultation problems were obtained after sorting and analysis,and the scientific popularization work was carried out and satisfactory results were obtained.CONCLUSION Starting from the common problems of medication consultation,it is feasible to find an entry point and combine it with the work of scientific popularization of safe drug use,which can solve the problems of blindness in the selection of topics and limitations of medication education in popular science practice services,and this method is worth learning and promoting.
