摘要
目的对无线镇痛泵系统应用于妊娠高血压产妇硬膜外分娩镇痛效果进行分析。方法选择2020年6月~2022年6月于我院妇产科住院的患有妊娠高血压的临产妇90例作为观察对象,以上产妇均进行硬膜外分娩镇痛,采用随机数字表法将以上产妇分为3组,分别是无线镇痛泵系统组(试验组,n=30)、电子泵组(对照组1,n=30),弹力泵组(对照组2,n=30)。以持续量+自控给液方式进行硬膜外自控镇痛。观察3组产妇的镇痛效果及满意度、镇痛过程中出现的并发症及其他的不良事件,以及医护人员监护过程的满意度。结果①3组产妇镇痛前、镇痛后5 min、镇痛后30 min、开宫口10 cm、第二产程用力分娩时镇痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②3组患者并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组产妇镇痛满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组的满意程度高于对照组1/2;③3组患者镇痛完成后医护人员监护过程的满意度比较差异有统计学意义,实验组的满意程度高于对照组1/2(P<0.01)。结论无线镇痛系统能够有效提高妊娠高血压产妇硬膜外无痛分娩镇痛的质量,有助于减轻产妇痛苦,提高产妇、医护人员对镇痛满意度。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the analgesic effect of wireless analgesic pump system in epidural delivery.METHODS Choosing 90 cases in June 2020-June 2022 in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology with pregnant hypertension as observation object,receiving epidural delivery analgesia,using random digital table method to divided into three groups,wireless analgesia pump system(test group,n=30),electronic pump group(control group 1,n=30),elastic pump group(control group 2,n=30).Epidural controlled analgesia was performed by continuous volume+controlled fluid delivery.The analgesic effect and satisfaction of the three groups of women,the complications and other adverse events in the analgesic process,and the satisfaction of the medical staff were observed.RESULTS①There was no significant difference in the three groups of women with Parturient before analgesia,5 minutes after analgesia,30 minutes after analgesia,uterine opening 10 cm,the second stage of labor forced delivery and analgesia score during delivery(P>0.05);②There was no significant difference in the three groups of women with 2 cm,4 cm,6 cm,8 cm,10 cm and analgesia score during delivery(P>0.05);③The satisfaction of the monitoring process after analgesia in the three groups was different,and the satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Wireless analgesia system can effectively improve the quality of epidural painless labor analgesia in pregnant women with pregnancy and hypertension,help to reduce maternal pain,and improve the satisfaction of maternal and medical staff to analgesia.
