PD-1抑制剂抗肿瘤治疗全程化药学服务实践探讨

The Practice of Whole-process Pharmaceutical Services for PD-1 Inhibitor in Antitumor Therapy

目的探讨临床药师如何有效参与PD-1抑制剂的临床治疗过程,以更好地为临床使用PD-1抑制剂提供药学服务。方法临床药师加入PD-1抑制剂治疗团队,基于PD-1抑制剂的用药指征、不良反应、相关禁忌症、药物相互作用及药代动力学等特点,综合考虑患者体力评分、病史、年龄、肝肾功能等具体情况,以相关指南及说明书为循证依据,与医师共同探讨PD-1抑制剂的治疗方案,与护士交流药物配置,并给予患者用药宣教,定期随访,为患者提供药学服务。结果临床药师给予相关用药建议并被医师接受,为患者提供全程化药学服务,从而提高了PD-1抑制剂用药的合理性。结论临床诊疗中,临床药师可通过关注药物使用适应证、药物配置、不良反应监护以及随访等方式,全程化管理PD-L1的使用,促进合理用药。

OBJECTIVE To explore how clinical pharmacists can effectively participate in the clinical treatment process of PD-1 inhibitors,in order to better provide pharmaceutical services for the clinical use of PD-1 inhibitors.METHODS Clinical pharmacists joined the PD-1 inhibitor treatment team,discussed the treatment plan of PD-1 inhibitors with physicians,communicated drug configurations with nurses,and provide medication education and regular follow-up to patients to provide pharmaceutical services based on the drug indications,adverse reactions,related contraindications,drug interactions,and pharmacokinetics of PD-1 inhibitors.Also the pharmacist took into account the patient′s physical strength score,medical history,age,liver and kidney function,etc,and based on relevant guidelines and instructions to offer pharmaceutical care RESULTS Clinical pharmacists provided relevant medication suggestions,which were accepted by physicians,and offered patients with comprehensive pharmaceutical services,thereby improving the rationality of PD-1 inhibitor medication.CONCLUSION In clinical diagnosis and treatment,clinical pharmacists could comprehensively manage the use of PD-L1 and promote rational medication by paying attention to drug indications,drug configuration,adverse reaction monitoring,and follow-up.
