1例PCI术后患者并发缺血性脑卒中抗栓策略的病例分析

A Case Analysis of Antithrombotic Strategy in a Patient with Ischemic Stroke after PCI

目的探讨1例PCI术后患者并发缺血性脑卒中的抗栓策略。方法查阅国内外文献,分析PCI术后并发缺血性脑卒中患者的抗栓方案的制定。结果经临床药师干预后,本例患者未再发生缺血事件,未有出血相关不良反应。结论PCI术后患者并发缺血性脑卒中的抗栓治疗,应充分权衡缺血和出血风险,制定个体抗栓方案以保证患者用药的安全性和有效性。

OBJECTIVE To explore the anti-thrombotic strategy for a patient with ischemic stroke after PCI.METHODS Review domestic and international literature to analyze the development of anti-thrombotic regimens for patients with ischemic stroke after PCI.RESULTS After intervention by clinical pharmacists,this patient did not experience any further ischemic events and did not have any bleeding related adverse reactions.CONCLUSION The anti-thrombotic treatment of ischemic stroke in patients after PCI should fully balance the risks of ischemia and bleeding,and develop a personalized anti-thrombotic plan to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medication for patients.
