低剂量甲氨蝶呤致速发型超敏反应及特异质反应病例报告与机制分析

摘要 目的探究低剂量甲氨蝶呤中罕见的不良反应机制。方法采用诺氏评估量表评价不良反应,查阅文献回顾性分析病历特点。结果嗜酸性粒细胞增高与甲氨蝶呤可以共同影响Th2免疫反应、腺苷A 3受体激活。结论甲氨蝶呤导致速发型超敏反应和特异质反应与患者嗜酸性粒细胞增高有关。 OBJECTIVE The mechanism of the rare adverse reactions induced by low dosage methotrexate was elucidated.METHODS Naranjo′s was used to assess adverse reactions and the characteristics of patient were retrospective analysed by literature review.RESULTS Eosinophilia and methotrexate could trigger Th2 immune response and adenosine receptor A 3 activation.CONCLUSION Methotrexate induced immediate hypersensitivity and idiosyncrasy reaction were associated with eosinophilia.
