硕士生中文网络百科的使用与可靠性认知研究

Research on Postgraduate Students’Usage and Reliability Cognition of Chinese Web Encyclopedia

[目的/意义]深入理解硕士研究生对中文网络百科的使用及词条可靠性认知,引导其合理使用中文网络百科信息。[方法/过程]采用问卷调查方法,调查和揭示了硕士生中文网络百科的使用情况,采纳信息可靠性模型来测度硕士生对词条可靠性的认知,并对可靠性认知与使用意愿之间的关系进行实证研究。[结果/结论]大多数硕士生出于学术目的广泛使用中文网络百科,但在学术论文中引用词条则较为谨慎。在可靠性各维度认知上,硕士生在一定程度上认同其准确性、客观性和有效性,但不认可其稳定性。准确性、客观性和有效性与硕士生使用中文网络百科信息的意愿显著相关,但稳定性的影响并不显著。

[Purpose/significance]In order to deeply understand of the use of Chinese web encyclopedias and the perception of entries’reliability by postgraduate students􀆯and guide them to use Chinese web encyclopedia information reasonably.[Method/process]Using the questionnaire method􀆯this paper investigates and reveals the use of Chinese web encyclopedias by postgraduate students􀆯adopts the information reliability model to measure postgraduate students’cognition of the reliability of entries􀆯and conducts an empirical study on the relationship between the reliability cognition and the willingness to use.[Result/conclusion]Most postgraduate students use Chinese encyclopedias extensively for academic purposes􀆯but they are more cautious in citing entries in academic papers.In the cognition of each dimension of reliability􀆯postgraduate students agree with its accuracy􀆯objectivity and effectiveness to a certain ex-tent􀆯but do not recognize its stability.Accuracy􀆯objectivity and effectiveness are significantly related to the willingness of postgraduates to use Chinese online encyclopedia information􀆯but the influence of stability is not significant.
