摘要
基于2011年和2021年L局管辖的17个地级市的到发量数据以及L局集团公司货运基本概况,结合L局和其他各省域的经济能力,选取8个不同指标,构建17个地级市与各省域经济能力评价指标体系。并通过ArcGIS10.7软件和SPSSAU系统,采用熵权—TOPSIS评估模型和引力模型分析出L局和其他各省域的经济能力,并得出相应的空间网络分布情况和引力分析图。结果表明:L局所管辖的17个地级市中,兰州市的经济能力位列第一,嘉峪关市、石嘴山市等3个地级巿都属于高经济水平地区。同时,L局与新疆的吸引力最甚,与天津、江苏等8个省域之间吸引力次之,与其他省域之间引力甚微。最后,基于以上分析,提出相应的发展建议,L局应充分发挥自身优势,并加强与南部地区的省域合作,这对L局的未来经济发展有着至关重要的作用。
Based on the arrival and departure data of 17 prefecture-level cities under the jurisdiction of L Bureau in 2011 and 2021 and the basic overview of freight transport of L Bureau group companies,eight different indicators were selected to build an index system for evaluating the economic capacity of these 17 prefecture-level cities and each provincial area,taking into account the economic capacity of L Bureau and each other provincial area.The economic capacity of Bureau L and other provinces was analysed using the entropy-TOPSIS evaluation model and the gravity model through the ArcGIS 10.7 software and SPSSAU system,and the corresponding spatial network distribution and gravitational analysis maps are derived.The results show that among the 17 prefectures under the L Bureau,Lanzhou City ranks first in terms of economic capacity,while Jiayuguan City,Shizuishan City and three other prefectures all belong to high economic level regions.At the same time,L Bureau is most attractive with Xinjiang,second most attractive with 8 provinces such as Tianjin and Jiangsu,and has very little attraction with other provinces.Finally,based on the above analysis,corresponding development suggestions are made,and the L Bureau should give full play to its own advantages and strengthen provincial cooperation with the southern region,which will play a vital role in the future economic development of the L Bureau.
