公路品质工程安全设施设计思考

Consideration On The Design Of Sagety Facilities for Highuay Quality Engineering

“十三五”期间,青海省基础设施建设和运输服务实现了提质增效,交通基础设施网络规模进一步扩大,便捷通达程度进一步提高,交通运输服务水平进一步提升。随着公路路网的不断完善及平安百年品质工程理念的提出,安全设施的重要性不言而喻。结合青海省实际,对青海省交通安全设施的交通标志、路面标线、标记及突起路标、路侧及中央分隔带护栏、隔离栅、防眩设施等内容进行了阐述,为青海省安全设施精细化设计提供参考,更好地发挥安全设施的功能、目的及服务作用。

During the“13th Five-Year Plan”period,the quality and efficiency of infrastructure construction and transportation services in Qinghai Province have been improved.The scale of transportation infrastructure network has been further expanded,the degree of convenient access has been further improved,and the level of transportation services has been further improved.With the continuous improvement of the highway network and the concept of safe hundred-year quality project,the importance of safety facilities is self-evident.Combined with the actual situation of Qinghai Province,this paper expounds the traffic signs,road markings,marks and protruding road signs of the traffic safety facilities in Qinghai Province,the guardrail of the road side and the central divider,the isolation grid,anti-glare facilities and other contents,so as to provide reference for the refined design of the safety facilities in Qinghai Province and better play the function,purpose and service role of the safety facilities.
