“双高”建设背景下道桥工程检测技术专业实践教学改革研究与实践

Research and Practice on Practice Teaching Reform of Highway Engineering Testing Technology under the Background of“Double High”Construction

2019年,“双高计划”明确指出,要培养一批地方认可、行业认同、国际可交流的高技术技能人才,把高职院校打造成技术技能人才培养新高地。目前,“双高计划”建设院校道桥工程检测专业人才培养依然存在学校与企业人才培养对接不紧密、专业设置与产业发展不相符、教学环节与企业生产环节不适应等问题。本文探索符合青海省检测行业需求的实践教学方法,提高学生就业岗位适应性,对高职道桥工程检测人才培养、专业建设均具有实际意义。

In 2019,the“Double High Plan”clearly pointed out that it is necessary to cultivate a group of high-tech talents with local recognition,industry recognition,and international exchanges,and to turn higher vocational colleges into a new highland for training technical talents.At present,there are still problems in the training of road and bridge engineering testing professionals in the“Double High Plan”construction colleges.There are still problems such as the lack of close connection between school and enterprise talent training,the inconsistent professional setting with industrial development,and the incompatibility of teaching links with enterprise production links.This article explores practical teaching methods that meet the needs of the inspection industry in Qinghai Province,and improves the adaptability of students’employment positions,which has far-reaching significance for the training of senior vocational road and bridge engineering inspection talents and professional construction.
