水泥剂量对水泥稳定碎石基层温缩性能的影响

摘要 水泥稳定碎石作为一种较为理想的路面基层材料,一直以来是高速公路施工中的首选。通常在高速公路的基层中铺筑,其初期强度高,强度随龄期而增加,表现出较高的强度,很多工程实践可知其抗渗性和抗冻性较好。但是许多工程实践表明,水泥稳定碎石基层因后期养护不到,或温度变化明显而产生收缩裂缝。通过对比抗裂嵌挤型水稳碎石和传统型水稳碎石混合料在不同水泥剂量下的抗温度收缩性能,分析水泥含量对其性能的影响,供广大工程建设人员参考。 As a kind of ideal road construction material,cement stabilized gravel has always been the preferred material in expressway construction.It is usually paved in the base of expressway,with high initial strength,and its strength will increase with age and quickly form a slab body,showing high strength.Many engineering practices know that its impermeability and frost resistance are better.But through a lot of engineering practice shows that cement stabilized gravel base belongs to the semi-rigid structure layer,because of late curing,or the temperature change is easy to produce shrinkage cracks.In this paper,by comparing the temperature-shrinkage resistance of crack and extrusive water-stable crushed stone mixture with traditional water-stable crushed stone mixture under different dosage of cement,the influence of cement content on its performance is analyzed,which can be further understood by engineering construction personnel,so as to improve the quality of highway pavement construction.
