轻型组合梁UHPC施工技术研究

摘要 通过对UHPC原材料选择、配合比设计、施工准备、现场生产、混合料运输、布料、振捣、成品养护等施工过程进行研究,总结形成了一套合理可行的UHPC施工技术。 UHPC is a lightweight concrete with ultra-high performance,comprised of lightweight aggregate,portland cement,silica fume,steel fiber,and other raw materials.It combines lightweight with ultra-high strength and low shrinkage and has excellent properties such as ultra-high strength,high toughness,and high durability.In this study,a set of reasonable and feasible UHPC construction technology was formed by studying the construction process of UHPC,such as raw material selection,mix design,construction preparation,on-site production,UHPC mixture transportation,cloth distribution,and finished product maintenance.
