近年来,青海省公路事业发展迅速,安全生产管理手段和覆盖面也逐步提升。但是从以往的安全检查和报告中看,对路面施工中的安全管理重视度不高,导致路面施工中的事故较多。特别是在沥青路面的施工中,由于连续交叉作业多,出现安全问题,不仅危及施工人员和管理人员的生命安全,甚至会引发施工现场的交通事故。结合实际工程案例,对公路工程路面施工中安全管理工作的要点进行了详细的分析和探析,进而提出项目实施中安全管理的策略和技术措施,以供类似项目安全管理中参考。

In recent years,the highway industry in our province has developed rapidly,and the means and coverage of safety production management have gradually improved.However,from the previous safety inspections and reports,it can be seen that everyone seems to pay little attention to safety management in road construction,resulting in a large number of accidents in road construction.Especially in the construction of asphalt pavement,due to the continuous crossing operation,once a safety problem occurs,it will not only endanger the life safety of construction personnel and management personnel,but even cause traffic accidents on the construction site.Based on actual engineering cases,this paper analyzes and analyzes the key points of safety management in highway engineering pavement construction in detail,and then puts forward the strategies and technical measures of safety management in project implementation for reference in safety management of similar projects.
