基于三厢轿车的一体式热成型激光拼焊门环优化

摘要 文章简述了激光拼焊和热成型技术相结合的一体式热成型激光拼焊门环技术,并展示了该技术在某三厢轿车前门环中的应用,同时进一步提出了前门环结构的设计优化方案。最后围绕成本、重量和性能3个方面与传统工艺门环进行了对比,结果表明一体式热成型激光拼焊门环可以实现轻量化,降低生产成本,提高安全性能。 A combined laser welding and hot forming technology for door ring in automotive industry is briefly described.The application of this technology in the front door ring of a sedan is showcased,along with proposed design optimization solutions for the door ring structure.At last,a comparison is made between the integrated hot forming laser welding door ring and the traditional pro⁃cess in terms of cost,weight,and performance.The results indicate that the integrated hot forming la⁃ser welding door ring can achieve lightweight design,reduce production costs,and improve safety performance.
