MTBE生产装置节能降耗优化措施

摘要 甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)生产装置在进行生产运行时主要以消耗蒸汽为主,其异丁烯的转化率是影响装置能耗的关键。根据该装置的工艺特点,针对装置生产运行中耗能过高的问题,改造醚化反应器进料温度控制阀组,降低醚化反应器醇烯比,同时调整催化蒸馏塔、甲醇回收塔、吸附蒸馏塔的操作条件,优化后装置的单位能耗从4435.25 MJ降到3816.66 MJ,实现了节能降耗的目的。 The Methyl tertiary butyl ether(MTBE)is mainly consumed steam during the production and operation.Moreover,the conversion rate of isobutylene is the key to the energy consumption of the unit.According to the process characteristics of the unit,to solve the problem of excessive energy consumption during production and operation of the unit,the infeed temperature control valve group of the etherification reactor is modified,and the alcohol-ene ratio of the etherification reactor is reduced.At the same time,the operating conditions of the catalytic distillation tower,methanol recovery tower and adsorption distillation tower are adjusted.After optimization,the unit energy consumption of the device has been reduced from 4435.25 MJ to 3816.66 MJ,which achieves the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
