乌东联合站原油外输方式探讨

摘要 因海拉尔油田乌东作业区产量低于乌东联合站至中一加热站输油管道设计最小输量,所以停运乌东联合站至中一加热站管道,乌东作业区净化油采用汽运至苏一联合站卸油点。但汽运费用高,工作效率低,且安全系数低。经“十四五”海拉尔油田地面系统优化调整,将乌东联合站降级为转油站运行。分析计算输送能耗后,可知管输能力完全符合要求。同时,对十年预估管输与汽运费用进行对比,表明管输费用明显低于汽运费用。 The output of Wudong operating area in Hailar oilfield is lower than the designed minimum output of oil pipeline from Wudong combined station to Zhongyi heating station.Hence,the pipeline from Wudong combined station to Zhongyi heating station is suspended,and the purified oil in the Wudong operating area is transported by motor transport to the Suyi unloading point,However,it results in high transportation costs,low work efficiency,and low safety factor.After optimizing and adjusting the surface system of Hailar oilfield during the 14th Five-Year Plan,the Wudong combined station will be downgraded to an oil transfer station for operation.Even more to the point,after analyzing and calculating the transportation energy consumption,it is known that the pipeline capacity is fully compliant with the requirements.At the same time,in view of the comparison between the cost of pipeline transportation and the cost of motor transport for a 10-year forecast,it has shown that the cost of pipeline transportation is significantly lower than that of motor transport.
