摘要
以2009—2018年A股制造业上市公司为样本,采用双重差分模型,探讨绿色信贷政策是否促进了企业绿色创新活动以及政商关系在其中发挥的调节作用。研究发现:绿色信贷政策的实施通过提高企业融资约束这一路径显著提高了制造业企业进行绿色转型的意愿,并且对重污染企业创新转型的促进效果弱于非重污染企业;政商关系对绿色信贷政策的创新激励效应具有显著正向调节作用,这一调节作用在重污染企业与非重污染企业之间存在分化效应。
Taking A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2009 to 2018 as samples,this paper uses the difference-in-differences model to explore whether green credit policies promote green innovation activities of enterprises and the regulatory role played by the relationship between government and business.It is found that the implementation of green credit policy significantly improves the willingness of manufacturing enterprises to carry out green transformation through improving the financing constraints of enterprises,and the promotion effect on the innovation transformation of heavily polluting enterprises is weaker than that of non-heavily polluting enterprises.The relationship between government and business has a significant positive regulatory function on the innovation incentive effect of green credit policy,and this regulation has a differentiation effect between heavy polluting enterprises and non-heavy polluting enterprises.
