中国绿色食品认证空间分布格局及其演化——基于2011—2020年中国绿色食品认证面板数据的实证分析

摘要 利用中国绿色食品认证产品数据,在省级层面上探究2011—2020年中国绿色食品认证空间分布格局及其演化特征。以绿色食品新增认证产品数、绿色食品认证增长指数为具体研究指标,通过核密度估计法与探索性空间分析方法进行全面分析。研究发现:中国绿色食品认证总体水平逐年增加,但省际绝对差异变大,相对差异减小;中国绿色食品认证总体空间分布呈现出明显的空间集聚特征,局部地区空间同质性增强,局部空间集聚特征显著;中国绿色食品认证空间分布的冷热点区域保持相对稳定,东部地区绿色食品认证发展状况明显好于西部地区;中国绿色食品认证增长指数的空间关联性降低,增长热点区域东移,冷热点交叉分布;东部、中部、西部较大的资源禀赋差异,各省域之间不平衡的市场需求以及各地绿色认证管理能力和管理体系差距是形成全国绿色食品认证呈现明显区域差异和空间集聚效应的原因。应加大对西部地区的帮扶力度,提增绿色食品认证低水平区域的认证能力;优化绿色食品产业空间布局,增加优质供给,建立更多特色品牌;培育壮大生产经营主体,引导建立东西部对接协同发展机制,推动区域协调发展。 Based on the product data of green food certification in China,the spatial distribution pattern and evolution characteristics of green food certification in China from 2011 to 2020 were explored at the provincial level.Taking the number of newly certified products of green food and the growth index of green food certification as the specific research indicators,the kernel density estimation method and exploratory spatial analysis method were used to conduct a comprehensive analysis.The results show that the overall level of China′s green food certification increases year by year,but the absolute difference between provinces becomes larger and the relative difference decreases.The overall spatial distribution of green food certification in China presents obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics,with enhanced spatial homogeneity and significant local spatial agglomeration characteristics.The hot and cold areas of green food certification in China remain stable,and the development of green food certification in eastern China is obviously better than that in western China.The spatial correlation of the growth index of China′s green food certification decreased,the growth hotspots moved east,and the hot and cold spots were cross-distributed.The large difference in resource endowment in eastern,central and western China,the unbalanced market demand among provinces and the gap in green certification management ability and management system in different regions are the reasons for the obvious regional differences and spatial agglomeration effect of green food certification in China.We should strengthen the help to the western region and increase the certification ability of the low level of green food certification.Optimize the spatial layout of green food industry,increase quality supply,and establish more characteristic brands;We will foster stronger production and business entities,guide the establishment of a mechanism for synergizing development between the eastern and western regions,and promote balanced development among regions.
