家庭经济困难学生心理健康调查与对策建议——以天津一所高职院校为例

Study on the Mental Health of Students with Family Economic Difficulties and Suggestions for Countermeasures——Taking a Higher Vocational Institute in Tianjin as an Example

我国大学生资助体系有效缓解了家庭经济困难学生就学和生活经济压力。本文以天津一所高职院校2022级学生为样本,采用《中国大学生心理健康量表》对他们的心理健康状况开展调查与研究。显示家庭经济困难学生在农村生源地区和多子女家庭占比显著较高,在抑郁、自卑、强迫等一般心理问题检出率方面也较为凸显,并从三个方面提出对策建议。

China's college student financial aid system has effectively alleviated the economic pressure on students with financial difficulties in schooling and living.This paper takes a sample of students from the class of 2022 in a higher vocational college in Tianjin,and examines their psychological health status using the Chinese College Students'Mental Health Scale.The results show that the proportion of economically disadvantaged students is significantly higher in rural areas and families with many children,and the detection rate of depression,low self-esteem,obsessive-compulsive and other general psychological problems is also more obvious,and countermeasures are proposed from three aspects.
