摘要
高职院校中物流专业传统人才培养模式已不适应新的数字经济大背景发展趋势,顺应新时代数字经济和信息技术发展,大力发展产教融合的育人模式,有助于完善高职物流专业知识的整合,从课程设置、师资、产教融合方式、学生职业素养培养等方面分析物流专业产教融合发展现状。并从社会需求培养物流人才,促进社会物流人才和物流企业、物流行业与社会的多方共同发展与推进,培养具备综合素质的专业物流型实用性人才的视角提出相应改进对策。
Higher vocational institutes in the logistics professional traditional personnel training mode cannot adapt to the new digital economy background development trend,in line with the new era of digital economy and information technology development,vigorously develop the industry-teaching fusion mode of education,is conducive to improve the integration of professional knowledge of logistics in higher vocational,from the curriculum,teachers,industry-teaching fusion,students professional literacy training and other aspects of the analysis of logistics professional integration of the current situation of the development of the industry-teaching fusion.Cultivate logistics talents from the social demand,promote the social logistics talents and logistics enterprises,logistics industry and society's multi-party common development and advancement,cultivate the comprehensive quality of professional logistics practical talents perspective to put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.
